We are done being invisible.
DONE BEING UNDERPAID.
DONE BEING UNDERESTIMATED.
DONE WAITING FOR PERMISSION THAT WAS
NEVER COMING.
We do not explain our decisions.
We do not apologize for our ambition.
We do not shrink so others can stay comfortable.
We do not wait until everything is perfect.
We show up now.
We take up space publicly, loudly, unapologetically.
We commit without consensus.
We hold the vision when no one else can see it.
We monetize our magic and we do not discount it.
We expand without apology.
WE KNOW IT IS NOT TOO LATE.
IT IS RIGHT ON TIME.
We build income and identity.
At the same time.
Without permission.
We are not waiting to be chosen.
WE CHOOSE OURSELVES.
