T — Take Up Space Publicly
Visibility is not vanity. It's leadership. If they can't see you, they can't support you, hire you, buy from you, or join your team. The most qualified women in the room are often the least visible, because they were taught to deliver results quietly and wait to be recognized.
Stop waiting. Start showing up. Imperfectly, consistently, publicly.
C — Commit Without Consensus
Not everyone needs to understand your next move before you make it. Your vision doesn't require a committee vote. You decide. You commit. You execute. Their understanding is optional.
H — Hold the Vision When No One Else Does
This is the chapter most people quit in. Where results are delayed, support is thin, and doubt is loud. This is not a sign you're failing. It's a sign you're leading.
